Jenny and Joel are amazing people and their wedding day was perfect.  An intimate ceremony, fun-filled photos and a party with friends and family.  I've known Jenny since she was a baby.  She's one of the most positive and easy going people I've ever met.  I've recently gotten to know Joel, and he's funny, kind and an amazing dad.  I was truly blessed to be part of their special day.  Jenny and Joel, congratulations and wishing you all the best!

Eric and Shannon are dear friends, so when Shannon asked if I could come to capture some family photos, I was delighted to help them out.  Eric's parents and grandma were visiting from British Columbia and we were able to carve out some time on the last night of their visit.  Soma and Wells lit up for the camera, and everyone had a lot of fun just playing in their backyard on a beautiful September evening.

Adam and Ashley got married on a beautiful sunny afternoon in August in Kingston, ON.  I've known Adam for over 30 years and when he reached out to me to capture his wedding day, I was beyond excited.  After meeting Ashley and her family, it was evident that they are a close, tight-knit group who is full of love and caring.  Adam and Ashley's entire day was based on this principle.  It was an intimate day surrounded by the people they loved most.  The ceremony took place in Bill and Anne's back yard (which I must add is one of the most beautifully maintained yard's I've ever seen) and a delicious 3-course dinner was served beneath a romantic pergola.  It was truly a magical event.  Congratulations Ashley and Adam and I wish you all the very best!

Christin and Barb are wonderful human beings, and they have a connection that is infectious.  Kind, loving and fun, these two were a blast to hang out with and play at The Dunes at Sandbanks Provincial Park.  Congrats on your engagement ladies and I can't wait to shoot your wedding!  If these photos are any indication, it's going to be truly magical!!!

Kate Ann has the fountain of youth.  On a hot and steamy July afternoon, I was invited to the Follwell family home to take family photos as gift for Kate Ann's birthday.  Normally, it would be the grandkids who bring life to the party, but as cool and cute as they all were, Kate Ann was ready for a good time, and the smiles and laughter were contagious.  Happy 29th birthday (again) Kate Ann!

When four generations of family members are all in the same spot at the same time, it's time for a family photo shoot!  I've known Mel and Dorothy for a number of years and to watch them surrounded by their kids, grandkids and great grandkids was a very special morning.  Thanks Tammy and Cindy for inviting me to spend some time with your wonderful crew!

Darren and Carla are genuine, caring people.  Their wedding was a perfect reflection of who they are.  D & C met professionally five years ago at a Principal's conference.  Over the past five years, their relationship and family has blossomed and it was a pleasure to spend some time with them on their special day in Napanee.  Darren love's cars, so it was a natural fit as he escorted his beautiful bride Carla around town in one of his performance cars.  A small ceremony took place in front of close friends and family and it was very evident of the love shared between these two special individuals.  Set against the picturesque backdrop of the Napanee river, these two and their wedding party lit up for the camera.  Congratulations Darren and Carla on your wedding and I wish you nothing but l...

I have known Rob and and Teal a very long time and when they asked me to come and photograph baby Sloan and their growing family, I was excited!  These two are amazing parents and even better people.  They were relaxed, adventurous and up for anything.  How many families do you know that will take their 10 day old daughter on a 4-wheeler ride through the swamp to capture their oh-so-perfect family photos?  Amazing time Rob and Teal!

On a grey day in April, the Heffernan's love and strength warmed my heart at Sandbanks Provincial Park.  We shared stories, we played and we laughed as we explored the Outlet River.  If you know this family, I don't need to tell you how incredible they are.  I have had the opportunity to shoot a lot of great families, but this shoot was one of my all time favourites.  Thank you Gary and Lisa for letting me hang out with your beautiful family! xo

Mike was born and raised in Prince Edward County.  Steph was born and raised in Newfoundland.  They met in Ottawa three years ago, and they fell in love.  They share a passion for dogs, travel, craft beer and music.  I was absolutely pleased to tour Prince Edward County and take their engagement photos.  Little Bluff, Loch Sloy, McCauley Heritage House, Picton alleyways and Prince Eddy's Brewing Co. were on the tour!  We had some laughs, a flat tire and some delicious IPA.  Congrats Steph and Mike and all the best with your wedding on The Rock in July!
